Services and Facilities

EXCOM Education Centre in Singapore currently occupies an area of about 6,000 square feet with at least 5 training rooms and we are able to accommodate more than 60 students for lab sessions. EXCOM Education Centre is also an Authorised Prometric Testing Centre hence we have an on-site booking and testing facilities available at your convenience. EXCOM Education Centre also has a hospitality area for students to enjoy refreshments all day long.

EXCOM Education Centre course materials are delivered by EXCOM Educations full-time instructors that have advanced technical knowledge backed by extensive real world experience, and are skilled in multiple systems. Advanced certification in more than just one system helps to ensure the instructors have a broader and more balanced perspective, and hence can more effectively relate training to participants backgrounds and go beyond the scope of the courseware. Currently, EXCOM Education has more than 50 full time instructors from Australia and New Zealand of which at least 5 full time instructors are based in Singapore. EXCOM Education Centre maintains a minimum student/teacher ratio of 6:1 and a maximum of 16:1 for its courses.

Redress Policies

Excom Education Centre pledges to address students queries, requests and feedback expeditiously that has been received through the suggestion box. Excom has put in place a Student Service Policy that details orientation programmes, transfer, withdrawal and deferment requests. Student services are available to provide assistance to international students facing difficulties adapting to the Singapore environment and helping them to resolve various problems they may encounter in their studies.

Refund Policy

Excom Education Centre has established clear refund policies and these details are included in the course or programme registration form.

Student Protection Scheme (SPS)

Excom Education Centre has adopted the Student Protection Scheme as stipulated by the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) by way of a Student Tuition Fee Account (Escrow) / Student Tuition Fee Insurance. For more details, students may refer to CASE website at http://www.case.org.sg/.

For the purpose of the Student Protection Scheme, Excom Education Centre has established an ‘Excom Education Pte Ltd - SPS Escrow Account with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation in Singapore. This account protects the students tuition fees paid in advance to Excom. (Click here for a copy of the Master Escrow Agreement)
