DESGN: Designing for Cisco Internetwork Solutions |
|
Course Length: 5 days.
Overview This course will teach students in designing and implementing scalable internetworks. The new Enterprise Composite Model facilitates designing, planning, implementing, operating and troubleshooting (PDIOT) networks by concentration on a certain module and on relations between the modules. Taking into account that most network solutions today (e.g. voice, video, storage networking, content networking) are typically overlay solutions spanning several modules, the composite modular approach seems even more relevant and is the main focus of this course. Upon completion of the course the student will be able to design a network addressing plan. They will also be able to select optimal routing protocols for the network. Students will also be able to recognise network management and security criteria for the network. They will also be confident in designing the Enterprise network in a hierarchical modular fashion. Students will be able to assess the design implications of voice transport across the network and plan the design implementation. Lastly, students will be able to explain the network design and its impact to the customer
Audience The audience for this course are for individuals who are interested in a CCDA® and CCDP® certification
