Course Length: 5 days. Includes a 90 minute examination with 20 multiple-choice questions. Overview This course provides students with a path for holders of the Managers Certificate or multiple Practitioner certificates in IT Service Management based on ITIL® version 1 or 2 so they may achieve the new ITIL® version 3 Expert certification. Students will learn about the new principles introduced with ITIL® version 3, as well as the changes from previous versions. This intermediate course will allow students to focus on the application and analysis of the material while developing detailed comprehension of best practice guidance. Audience This course is intended for those who already hold the Managers Certificate in IT Service Management based on ITIL® version 2 and who want to achieve ITIL® version 3 Expert certification. Prerequisites Students participating in this course must have either:
